oranges, sliced into rounds
green onions, sliced
red chile peppers, seeded and finely chopped
4 large cloves
1 1/2 teaspoons
salt and pepper, to taste
beef sirloin steak, boneless, cut across the grain into 1/4 inch strips
I scaled the recipe down to 3 servings, and used one orange as I didn't want that particular flavor to overwhelm the others. I marinaded the steak overnight, and it turned out great - very tender and flavorful. Thanks, Sandy!
