Made this a couple of weeks ago and it was very good. It doesn't have a "zing" per se, but still very good. I ended up sprinkling Tony Chachere's on top for some oomph. Will make again and will experiment with some vinegar.

I really enjoyed this, and so did the whole family. I followed reviewer suggestions and did 1/2 mayo and 1/2 sour cream. I sub.ed the bacon for vegetarian fake bacon. Served as a side to veggie burgers.

This was good but a little bland for us. Next time I will use 1 1/2 cups of mayo plus 1/2 cup of sour cream. Will add some green onions, garlic powder and garlic pepper for more flavor.

Very good recipe. Followed it exactly and it turned out very yummy. However, it was time consuming, next time I may use the pre-cooked bacon to save some time (and dishes).

WOW - this is AWESOME (way better than anything you can buy at a store OR restaurant)!! I didn't change a thing (although I did follow the suggestions from others and chopped the potatoes before boiling). Turned out PERFECT!! thanks so much for the great recipe - a definite keeper!!!

LOVED IT!!! I used 3 green onions rather than onions. Also, I halved the recipe and used 3/4 cup mayo and 1/2 cup sour cream.

This tuned out fantastic! The only changes I made was I used green onion instead of the regular onion, and light mayo. Next time I think I will peel the potatoes but that's just a personal preference, and I might use half mayo half miracle whip to add a little zing. Will definitely be making this again!!

I love this recipe and have gone back to it three times since first making it. Tips: Make sure to cook the bacon well so that it is crispy. Also, don't undercook the potatoes. I did that last time and it wasn't so great! :( This is pretty much a perfect potato salad recipe. After eating this, everything else seems bland and boring!

Excellent - Used Yukon Gold Potatos, did not have bacon or celery and it was still excellent. Next time I will be prepared and have the heavenly bacon on hand

This was good and I'll make it again, but it was a bit bland. Next time I'll add a bit more egg, definitely another stalk of celery, and maybe a little seasoning or vinigar. Subs: Used turkey bacon and no one was the wiser ;)I also boiled the celery for two minutes so it wasn't so crisp.

Would give this 10 stars if I could. A very yummy potato salad and a huge hit with everyone, it was the first dish gone and everyone was asking for more. Will be making this again - might reduce the mayo slightly next time. I thought it was just a tad too much.

I used good center cut bacon. Added best foods mayo cuz I was told that it's the best and garlic salt and pepper. Really good with our Easter Ham.
