Good but a little bland, I'll make again but with some changes.

Absolutely amazing! Crispy bacon is essential! SOOO good! You have to try it. I tried it as is and it was great(minus the celery b/c im not a huge fan) i tried it again with chopped dill pickles, a little sugar, a little evaporated milk and a spoonful of mustard...it hade it nice and moist without watering it down. Amazing!

I'm not a potato salad eater, but my family loves it so I decided to make this. I tried it and it was awesome. The mix of the eggs in it enhanced the mayo flavor and the bacon added a nice saltiness and smoky flavor that really make it yummy!! I may be a potato salad eater afterall - thanks to this recipe. Note it taste better once it set s for a few hours.

Delicious. I made this recipe first as written. The second time I made it I substituted creole seasoning (Tony Cacherres) for the salt. I took it to a company picnic and got rave reviews. Several people asked for the recipe.

My entire family begs me to make this for every get together. Everyone loves it!!!! The only thing that I do differently is peel the potatoes and add a little bit of mustard. I have given this recipe out to many times to count! Thank you so much for the perfect potato salad recipe.

Very good! I love potato salad and this is super simple easy recipe. I didn't add 2 cups mayo. I just added until everything was coated well. Forgot to add the bacon and it was great just on it's own but then went back and added it b/c that was the reason I choose this recipe. Thought the bacon was a good addition. I ended up buying "real bacon" bacon pieces (peppercorn) to make it faster. It was a great addition! Not sure I will spend the time to make the bacon next time since it was so good with the bacon bits! Thanks!! Will make again and again!

I made this potato salad for my son's school luncheon and then sent the leftovers to work with my husband. I received phone calls and e-mails from people wanting the recipe. This is a fantastic, creamy potato salad. My only change was I added green onions instead of regular onions. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

This is a wonderful potato salad recipe. I used 1/2 mayo and 1/2 sour cream, but otherwise followed the recipe. It was a hit at a large picnic!

Potato salad is my favorite side dish of all time! I have never been able to make a potato salad to my liking at home though! This was sooo delicious! I loved it! I followed the recipe EXACTLY, using red onions. It was so creamy and rich, magnificent! It's a keeper!

WOW! This is by far the best potato salad I've ever had. I omitted the celery cause frankly I can't stand the stuff. I love the smoked hickory flavor the bacon adds to this salad. A lot of potato salads have a real eggy taste but this one is perfect! I might try adding chives next time as I will be definitely making this again!

Very good recipe. The only thing I would criticize about it is that the potatoes would be better baked. Other than that it is a classic recipe.

Excellent potato salad!!! No changes except I used green onions instead of regular onions. This is a great recipe as is, no need to change a thing, but it might be fun to try variations. Thanks for sharing, Donna!
