This is great- the sc makes it a lot lighter than just mayo recipes! Everyone loved it added a lil smoked paprika :)

I did as others suggested and baked the potatoes with oil and spices. I did add extra bacon but it still was a bit drier than we normally liked so I doubled the sour cream and mayo. Everyone liked it.

This recipe was a hit. I made it at a cookout and everyone asked for the recipe. I added more onion, bacon, and sour cream. Plus I used more potatoes. Delicious!

This is a keeper - I think the only thing you will need to do is adjust the bacon and mayo/ sour cream to your liking and how many potatoes you use. Thanks so much.

Like others, I doubled the SC & mayo -- omitted the bacon and red onion. It was AMAZING....very tasty. This is a keeper for sure. Love it.

I followed the other reviewers' suggestions and added more bacon but it was still missing some flavor for me. Next time I may try adding more of everything except the potatoes.

I also added more bacon. I also didn't put in the cheese...but I will next time I think. I liked that it didn't have pickle relish in it, not a big fan.

I love the flavors in this salad. I added more bacon and sour cream. It was creamy and flavorful. It didn't look like the picture shown but was great to eat!!! Will definatly make again.

This recipe had a lot of promise, but the flavor is just not there. Maybe more bacon or salt would do the trick. I prefer the Red Skinned Potato Salad recipe from this site.

Very tasty! I added a couple hard boiled eggs and used green onions (scallions) instead of chives, just because that's what I had handy. Will definitely make again.

I liked this recipe a lot, but agree with some others, it needed a bit more bacon. Also, rather than use just plain sour cream, I used a Ranch Sour cream dip. That added the needed zip to this, and made it wonderful!

I thought that this recipe was excellent! I made a few minor adjustments which was I used onion powder instead of onions, and a jar of hormel real bacon pieces not the fake bacon bits! I also mixed in some chives and topped with extra cheese and chivies. Excellent recipe, thanks!

This is a wonderful recipe. My husband wanted me to make a potatoe salad with red potatoes. He doesn't like sour cream so I put dijon mustard in place of sour cream. He also doesn't like cheese! I also added more bacon, and added chives, and red onion. I added pickles, and celery too. It was so good! We ate it hot last night, but today it is even better cold! I wish I could make it with sour cream, and cheese, but hubby won't let me!! So this is a whole different recipe, but very very yummy!

I made this the other night and it went over great. My daughter who is 3 hates potatos but she had seconds. I did have to alter the recipe due to the fact that i had no sour cream, I used Dill Pickel chip dip instead. Next time i will try it the way it was supose to be made but i think my way was pretty darn yummy.
