I actually wasn't able to get my hands on the watercress, and I just used iceberg lettuce (it's all I had available!) but this was still wonderful! I got so many compliments on the dressing! Very crisp and refreshing.

This was a good salad with a nice mix of greens. I used green onion instead of white, and dijon mustard instead of sour cream. If I make it again, I'll use more parsley. I wouldn't call this a red pepper salad, though--that makes me think it's made mostly with peppers. It's more of a green salad with red peppers.
