no-boil lasagna noodles
1/2 (15 ounce) container
goat cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese
Chianti or other red wine
finely shredded Parmesan cheese
roasted red sweet peppers, drained well and cut into strips
This is good, but make sure you use a sauce that has flavor. Mine was a little bland, next time I'll try using the portobello mushroom (or garden vegetable) sauce that was suggested in a different recipe site. The cooking time is right on and it makes four generous servings.
