Soooo good! I didn't have steak seasoning so I used some cajun seasoning. And I also left the skin on since the skin has the most fiber and vitamins. They were wonderful!

These were very yummy!! I did omit the steak seasoning and sugar. I made them with my Christmas dinner, it was a nice change from the regular mashed potatoes. Will definately make again!!

Really great recipe. I made these for a recent dinner party with stuffed cabbage and they were a hit. Everyone thought I made too much food but I didn't have any leftovers when dinner ended! I was leary of your warnings about the sugar so I think I compromised and used 1/2 the sugar. Thank you for the recipe and advice.

I thought this was a pretty good recipe for my 1st time attempt at "mashed potatoes". I left out the sugar completely, but should have added more salt. Overall a good recipe and I look forward to making it again!

I love these potatoes! Only changes...I omit the sugar add 2 tsp garlic to the potatoes/cooking water, and then also GENTLY warm my half and half with 2 additional tsp minced garlic before adding it to the potato mixture. This is one of those recipes I make over and over again!

What a hit for Thnksgiving day! I read the reviews in advance so I left out the sugar...I can't imagine what it would have added. Creamy and the skins make a nice twist.

Wish I would've read the reviews before I made these. The sugar ruins the recipe. I think they would've been great if I had left it out. Also had to add more cream.

YUM!!! We loved these potatoes...the only thing we didn't do was add a lot of sugar. I added a pinchful and I also added a little more cream to make it creamier! Our family enjoyed it thoroughly!

Delish! Easy! Mmmm! Definitely making them again! I actually used more garlic than called for and I used cream (that's all I had) and added salt and fresh ground pepper. Turned out great!
