Wonderful dish!I did add celery and onion. I cooked my rice in low sodium chicken broth for added flavor. thanks

This is a terrific idea! I have been doing this kind of thing for years as gifts for my co-workers and friends. I usually starting thinking of the coming year’s idea around August or September won’t have to worry about that this year. Thanks so much for sharing with us!
