Great salad as is. Doesn't need "tweaking". Even my meat loving husband loved it. Even better next day- flavors mellowed.

I really like this recipe. It has two of my favorite ingredients, kidney beans and feta cheese. I substituted a small sweet onion for the green onions because I didn't want to wait for a grocery run before trying the recipe.

It definitely needs more dressing. I added some Italian to give it more flavor. An interesting combination, though.
