"An easy way to make individual instant oatmeal packets for a fast and hearty breakfast. The kids love to help! Add raisins, honey, or fruit as toppings if you like! My family of 7 will triple the recipe and put all the filled baggies into a gallon size resealable for storage. All the kids have to do in the morning is add water and any extra toppings and then microwave."

I cut this recipe in half, just in case it wasn't a hit with the kids. I followed the recipe exact. I made each kid a bowl this morning, using 1/4 cup of water and microwaving it for a minute and a half. The kids really liked it. This would be a great base recipe to play with and make it personal to your own family.
