"Mmmmmm this frosting is really good. You can either ice cookies with it, or cut pieces of cake into small shapes and make "petit fours"."
Really GOOD Frosting!!! Recipe
Original recipe yield 3 - 4 cups

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 drops red food coloring

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cream butter and add sugar alternately with milk, use enough milk to have a semi thin icing, but not watery. Mix in vanilla. Separate icing into several bowls and tint each a different color. Frost cookies and decorate!
