Not bad, although I mostly just followed the dough recipe. The dough came out of my bread-maker extremely sticky; I use olive oil on my hands and counter-top surface and pressed the dough into a rough circle with my hands. For the filling I used only ricotta cheese, seasoned with salt+pepper+dried basil, then sprinkled on chopped mushrooms and peppers and laid on slices of pepperoni. The bread did cook up beautifully, browning nicely under the egg wash, and with great texture. The filling wasn't impressive, nor was it enough for this much bread, so that needs work!
