I did not like the look of the chops and found the sauce to be watered down and bland. I would recommend leaving out the flour and just browning the chops with salt and red pepper. Cook the chops till tender. Make the sauce seperate and pour it over the chops. I will also use whole fruit preserves or fresh raspberries not jam.

The raspberry sauce was ok, but did not give the chops enough flavor. It came out tasting bland.

5/5 for ease, 4/5 for taste... if there was a 1/2 star, I'd definitely give this one 4.5. I did substitute strawberry for raspberry jam, so maybe that's the extra something it needed. This was a great tasting and easy to prepare dish that I was able to put together using things I already had on hand. I'll definitely make it again! Note: cooked my pork 8 min. on low heat after adding sauce & it was moist yet fully cooked.
