This is a great and simple recipe. I made one change instead of Cool Whip on top I used vanilla pudding and it worked great. Will do again but will try another jelly flavour.

Just made this again. The whole family just devoured it. It's nice, light, and very easy. However, if I were to make it again I would bake the merengue at a lower temp (225) for much longer. Make this today!!
I tried this recipe & flavor was great, however when I removed from oven & cooled completely, but when I attempted to remove from parchment it stuck horribly. What did I do wrong? should I have sprayed paper or did it need to cook longer???
