I made this exactly as the recipe dictates. I refrigerated it for 3 hours and pulled it out after dinner for dessert. I noticed that it wasn't firm, so I stuck it in the freezer for an additional 45 minutes. It still was not firm. Although it tastes like a nice summer dessert, sweet and tart, it's not very pretty once it's cut into. I could not get it out of the tin in one piece, and it collapsed on the plate. I think I will attempt this again, perhaps with some gelatin to firm it up. If anybody could help with the correct measurement of gelatin for a 9 inch pie, I'd appreciate it. I gave this an extra star because it was easy, and despite the mess on the plate, it was quite tasty!
