These are my favorite muffins because they can be made with blueberries instead of raspberries with the same delicious results. Friends often request the recipe.

I found this recipe in my files one day when I was looking for a bread that called for ingredients already in my pantry. I gave the loaf to some friends, and it was a hit.

This is the perfect muffin - really yummy flavor yet not much sugar. I've used different fruits too - blueberries and raspberries are our absolute favorites, but strawberries, peaches, or cherries are good too - frozen or fresh. You can use any kind of yogurt without fruit on the bottom. Easily adaptable to what you have. Hope you enjoy!

As a child, I would go out with my sister and pick wild raspberries. We'd help our mom make jellies, jams, pies and muffins with the berries. Now, I like to make these muffins on weekend mornings when I have a few extra moments to enjoy them with a cup of tea.

This lemony load from Donna Carper of South Jordan, Utah is so luscious it's almost a dessert! The bread's pound cake-like texture gets an unexpected twist from sweet chewy coconut.

A patient at the doctor's office where I work brought in this bread one morning while it was still warm. It was so good I made sure to get the recipe.

Freshly grated lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, and frozen blueberries bring bright flavor to this bread, and sour cream in the batter ensures a moist loaf.

I like to be creative with my cooking. This recipe is a result of combining two family favorites. It's great on toast and biscuits or as a glaze on cheesecake.
