Delicious cheese spread. I would definitely cut back on the mayonaise and add another onion, but fantastic. 4 Stars!

I just made this recipe last night for a dinner party with friends. The combination of raspberry and cheese struck some of us as odd at first...but it is truly delicious! It is a wonderful combination of sweet and savory. It is an added bonus that the recipe is super simple!

This was pretty good. I have always enjoyed toast with shredded cheese and jelly. This reminded me of that. Thanks for the recipe.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! I wanted to try something different, and I'm glad that I did. I followed the recipe ALMOST exactly. My husband accidentally bought black raspberry preserves, and I had to use those because that is all I had. It was still FABULOUS. Everyone wanted the recipe AND the last few bites of the left-overs to take home (it was way too big for our purposes, but it was still almost completely gone). I did prepare it a day ahead and spread on the preserves shortly before serving. It's likely that the only reason there were leftovers was that I served it with one box of Wheat Thins and they were all eaten . . . so I'll have to bring more next time. I am adding this to my permanent collection and HIGHLY recommend it!

I just made this for my book club and it was a huge hit! We have nut allergies in the family, so I skipped those and it was still delicious and very easy to make.

I made this last year for a baby shower and everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. I omitted the pecans just in case someone was allergic to nuts, and it was still yummy!!!

I prepared this recipe for my Christmas Brunch and received rave reviews! I should have expected it seeing it came from Taste of Home's sister magazine, Simple and Delicious. I made the recipe as direct expect I choose to use lighter versions of the mayo and cheeses. Remember to make it early in the day or the night before so the flavors can blend. I just put the preserves on right before serving. Truly, it was the talk of the party. No one expected raspberry and cheese to taste so well together, but it was delicious! While easy to prepare, I will be including this recipe in my tried and trusted collection.

This spread is wonderful! I have made it twice now, and was gobbled up at both parties! The first time I made exactly as stated, and the second time I used swiss cheese in place of mozarella, sweet onion in place of green onion, and toasted almonds instead of pecans, added worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Both were amazing. The raspberry jam adds a unique and necessary flavor. Thanks so much for sharing.

I made this over a year ago at my cousins bridal shower and everyone loved it! I have another bridal shower to go to tomorrow and everyone has called asking me to bring this dish. It is very simple to make. Also if you're looking to cut fat I think it tastes better with low fat or fat free mayo.

OUTSTANDING - very yummy and different. One of my guests said she dreamed about this cheese spread the night after my party. The only thing I did different was omit the nuts. Can't wait for the next party.

I've made this recipe twice with rave reviews. The only thing I omit is the mozzarella cheese. Will continue to make for special events.

This was a big hit at our Christmas party- many people asked me for the recipe. Originally we set it out on a plate with crackers nearby in a basket and guests didn't know what it was ("is that fish?" and "is it a dessert?") Once word got around that it was cheese everyone tried it and loved it. I reccomend putting crackers on the same serving platter to avoid confusion.
