I prepared this recipe for my Christmas Brunch and received rave reviews! I should have expected it seeing it came from Taste of Home's sister magazine, Simple and Delicious.
I made the recipe as direct expect I choose to use lighter versions of the mayo and cheeses. Remember to make it early in the day or the night before so the flavors can blend. I just put the preserves on right before serving.
Truly, it was the talk of the party. No one expected raspberry and cheese to taste so well together, but it was delicious!
While easy to prepare, I will be including this recipe in my tried and trusted collection.
