Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. Cream butter with sugars; beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
