1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 (9 inch) baked pastry shell, cooled
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups whipping cream
1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

DIRECTIONS
Sprinkle cheese into pastry shell. In a bowl, whisk eggs until foamy. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour over cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F. Cover edges with foil; bake 15-20 minutes longer or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Good basic recipe. turned out way too salty though. That is probably due to the dressing mix. Next time I would only use 1/2 the packet.

My family liked it. I thought it was good, although not the best, perhaps it was a bit bland. I added tomatoes, which were a nice addition.
