This was very easy and quick! Just added a little bit of seasonings to spice it up and we loved it! I recommended it to a family member who cooks often, waiting for her opinion. But I really liked how quick and yummy it was!

I thought this was a great starter!!! I made a few changes due to what I had in the house. I kind of doubled the recipe, 3lbs Beef, 1 can black beans, 2 cans corn, 2 cans diced tomatoes, 4 cans beef broth, and elbow macaroni! Spiced it up a bit garlic, onion powder, Tony Catchers, salt, pepper, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. You may think the 4 cans of broth is alot but the noodles absorbed the broth so it wasn't soupy at all! Really good!!! Thanks!!

This recipe rocked!!!! I thought i had corn but didnt so i put in a can of Peas/Carrots. Just as good. Dumplings were perfect, four perfect servings , dead easy and quick. Begs for a cold night and a hockey game. Immedeatly added to my recipe box and monthly rotation of menu.

I thought this recipe was great, but like others found it a bit bland. To rectify this, I used diced tomatoes that had garlic and onions, as well as adding fresh garlic & onions, a Habanaro pepper, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper and 1 cup of beef stock. I used a mixture of ground turkey & bison in lieu of the beef for some variety.

Love this recipe it's simple and delicious. I made it w/o the dumplings and we all loved it. It's cheap and easy and I'm betting we'll see this on the menu at our house again soon.

This was pretty good. I took the advise from another reviewer when they said it was a little bland and used tomatoes with chiles instead of just plain canned tomatoes. I also used dried onioins and the chipotle flavored Mrs. Dash when I cooked the beef. It gave it a nice little KICK instead of just bland tomatoes and ground beef. We'll definately be having this again, it was soooooo easy!!!

We loved this. My only addition was about 1/2 tsp. cumin. It actually makes enough for 4 servings.

This was really bland. Only one of my five kids would eat it.
