I wouldn't agree with the previous reviewer who said that the dill ruins the flavor of the ranch. I'm still tasting the ranch flavor after having tried these rolls a few hours ago. In fact, I have a homemade dry ranch dressing recipe that I use which calls for dill, so there is dill in the ranch dressing mix anyway. I like this recipe, and it is very forgiving despite my unintentional attempts to sabotage it. I often fail to read the recipe directions, and today was no exception. I tossed in all of the ingredients for the rolls wihtout paying attention. It was only until after everything was mixed up that I realized I was supposed to set aside one of the eggs for the topping. Needless to say, the dough was way to sticky. Since I'd already used that egg, I didn't brush any egg on top, thinking it would still stick bc the dough was too sticky. Well . . .it stuck, but not that well. I made 12 rolls and a small loaf in a loaf pan. The rolls were perfect at 20 min, the loaf needed closer to 35 min. Thanks for the recipe!
