this is a very good marinade and is better the longer it sits!

Great recipe!! Family really liked it. Couldn't grill it, so baked the chicken in the oven at 400 for 45 minutes. Turned out moist and yummy!!

This was pretty good. I marinated skinless, boneless chicken breasts over night. I don't have a barbecue so I baked them in a glass dish, in the marinade, at 425 degrees for 30 min. My chicken was a tad dry. I probably should have baked 5-10 min. less. I think this would've tasted better if I'd had a barbecue to use. The recipe does not make much marinade and I barely had enough to cover 2 chicken breasts. The lemon flavor really came through. I'll make this again.

Very good, takes about 30 minutes for chicken breasts on medium heat, and they are very moist. Delicious!!!!!

I made this without the ginger because I was out of it and it was still delicious. This will become my standard marinade for chicken--I may try it with pork tenderloin as well. Mmmmm.

This recipe is wonderful. I have twin toddler girls who can be somewhat picky, especially with chicken. They loved it. Even had seconds!

It was really easy and tasty. I had everything in my kitchen already (except I had to run out for the ginger) and I put it all together in less than 5 minutes (including cleaning and trimming the chicken breasts). I'll definitely use this again.

I served this at a neighborhood gathering and several people told me this was the best marinated chicken they had ever had. Marinating overnight made it easy during party time.

This gave us another great way to eat chicken. It's the fresh ginger that really makes this marinate special. I made extra for salad the next day...I like it even better cold!
