Very good! I did use whole wheat pastry flour and substituted apple sauce for half of the vegetable oil. I will definitely make this again!

I LOVED this recipe! This will become one of our family staples! The flavor is amazing though you might want to lessen the raisins as it jars the taste buds because it is so different than the smooth flavor of the bread. I also added pecans. Amazing! YUM!

Absolutely the best raisin sweet potato bread! I also added a half cup of walnuts and maybe a quarter more cup of cooked sweet potatoes. Baked for 60 minutes. Love the moistness and flavor. Will make this again for Christmas and add cranberries!

This is the best sweet potato bread ever!! I made some for a bake sale and a cousin that was sick. I have given the recipe to at least a dozen people!I add pecans to mine and make it in loaves and muffins. Both are fantastic

I made muffins and put in the oven for about 25 minutes. They were great! The sweet potato gives them a good texture. I used a canned sweet potato. I will definately make them again.
