Ingredients

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in raisins. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
