This is a great standard pasta salad recipe. I did change a few things. I did not put corn or onions in. I added grated parmesan cheese, olives, grape tomatos, button mushrooms and I used the Olive Garden Italian dressing and it was delicious!

Followed recipe, except omitted brocolli and artichokes coz had none. Taste was ok, but a bit on soury and dry side on the next day. Added additional Italian dressing, bit of sea salt & some sugar to counter the overally sourish taste. Guess I would try on other pasta salad recipes this site next time... Updates: Tossed with another tbsp of sugar to balance the too sourish taste and the pasta salad turned out PERFECT on the 3rd day, can you imagine??

This is very good basic pasta salad recipe. However, I didn't use the artichokes or corn. I added cauliflower and pepperoni, along with the other veggies listed. I also added some grated parmesan just prior to serving.

Very good recipe. I added pepperoni and paremesan cheese. I also omitted the artichoke hearts but it was still great.

This salad was a hit at our Memorial Day Party. I followed a tip from a review- putting the broccoli and carrots in with the pasta the last 5 min. of cooking and that made them turn out just perfect. I have shared that tip with everyone at the party- they loved it. I omitted the artichoke hearts since Walmart seemed to be out of them. I will definately use this recipe again.

This is so good! You can def add or delete ingredients to make it your own. I added cubed cheese and a can of sliced black olives. I used a bottle of light zesty italian, salt and pepper and then let it sit overnight. I can't wait to have it again today for lunch!

I decided to make this more Greek style, due to the artichokes. I omitted the corn and added olives and used a Greek dressing instead of the Italian. Also, if I would have known I would have added a second can of the artichokes. This is great; I am bringing it to a Christmas potluck tomorrow.

I served this during a playgroup and it received rave reviews. I also boiled the broccoli and carrots for a few minutes which is a great tip. I added pepperoni to give it a litte bite and used a Tuscan Italian dressing. I will be bringing this to potlucks for sure.
