Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package tricolor spiral pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (6.5 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and halved
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a large bowl; add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
