Light, refreshing and different! The perfect accompaniment to the chicken wraps we had with it. Didn't and wouldn't change a thing. Pretty and colorful too!

I had high hopes for this recipe because I like all of the ingrediants, but, for some reason, it just didn't come together. It was kind of lacking something. I think if you added some fresh herbs maybe...Thanks anyway!

This was delicious. I used shallots and lime because I didn't have red onion and lemon on hand. I also added a few more radish and some parsley. We ate this with fresh tortilla chips as a side dish w/ tacos. It went fast.
