Overall Good. Even my husband who does not like salmon liked this dish. We did not care for the sauce on top, but this was an optional addition. I will make this again, but it is not something I would make for company.
This was quite good! A great way to use up leftovers. I didn't make the cucumber sauce, so I increased the cream cheese in the filling and added sharp cheddar. I also used dried herbs, including lemon pepper instead of lemon zest. Do follow the recomendation to taste the filling and adjust. I decided to add some celery salt. It turned into enough filling for two pastries. It is rich, so serving with sliced tomatoes was ideal. I'll be saving this one!
