INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 head Tanimura & Antle® Iceberg Lettuce
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups small Tanimura & Antle® Broccoflower® brand green cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup chopped Tanimura & Antle® Sweet Italian Red Onion
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked, crumbled

DIRECTIONS

  1. Core lettuce; rinse and drain well. Cut into 6 wedges.
  2. Spoon dressing over wedges, as desired. Top with florets, onion and bacon.
