I love this recipe! It tastes so fresh and good for you, but it hearty and filling at the same time. This one is definitely staying in my recipe box!

1st time with quinoa and it was easy to prepare. Made this for a pot luck at work and it was hit or miss with my co-workers. I will make this again for my family.

Our family likes this served with some cooked chicken on tortillas. It somewhat reminds us of Chipotle's burritos.

Very good, but not spectacular. I love quinoa and I love black beans and corn, but this combination needs something. Not sure what. I probably won't make it again.

Great recipe. I added a cubed sweet potato with the onions, and it was delicious!

Great recipe--easy, quick, healthy, and delish! I added a bit more cayenne pepper and also some garlic powder as well, and it turned out great! It's kinda Mexican-ey, probably from the cumin, and I loved it! This is stuff you can make all the time, and it's very satisfying yet not too heavy. Wonderful!

Delicious! One quick tip: I use Knorr cilantro cubes instead of fresh cilantro. I hate buying a whole bunch and using only a little bit for my recipes... it always ends up rotting in the fridge.

Easy simple recipe for folks like me who have never tried quinoa before. Reminds me of couscous but with a nutty flavor. Can't wait to try more quinoa recipes. Thanks.

Nice and filling. I did cut down to one can of beans. For color and more of a spicey taste I added and cooked right in red chopped onion, a can of diced tomato and a small can of chilies. It made plenty, even tasted great cold, spread on a whole wheat wrap as a sandwich filler.

This was also my first time trying quinoa. I made it for a vegetarian pot luck and everyone loved it. Not a fancy dish, but definitely full of flavor and easy to pair with other vegetables and sides. Yum!

This is an awesome recipe. This is my first time trying quinoa. I doubled the cayenne pepper and cumin. I used chicken broth because it is what I had on hand and I only used 1 can of black beans. I served this with chicken and it went very well together, even my very picky daughter liked this. This a keeper. I will be making this over and over again. Thank you for a great recipe.

This came out very gluggy with a terrible glue-like texture. The flavour was good, but I couldn't serve this to anybody else.

Tasty, healthy dish. I cut the black beans in half for my girls sake. My husband felt the two cans would have been fine for him. Have made again and again.

I love this recipe. I've made it several times now and have taken it to work and enjoyed the conversation with coworkers about the little known grain quinoa. I've eaten it as is off the fork, as well as wrapped in a tortilla or served on crackers.

We really liked this. had a friend in for lunch he thought it was great. I did not use 2 tins off beans. Would be nice as a salad.

I loved this dish! I used 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth and 1 cup water, along with 1 cup of quinoa. I topped it with diced heirloom tomatoes too and thought it was perfect. Thank you!!

Excellent and very easy/efficient recipe! After reading the reviews I used chicken broth instead of vegetable broth, added more cayenne, halved the beans and added crumbled goat cheese with the cilantro. Delicious!
