This is one of my favorites! It reminds me of the flavors that you get at Chipotle, with a fraction of the cost. I bring it for lunches and a small amount fills me up and keeps me satisfied for the rest of the work day!

I thought it was pretty good. I don't quite get what everyone is raving about because I thought it was a fairly run-of-the-mill recipe but I don't regret making it.

We tried this, and my parent's insisted on adding ground beef. It was very good. Making it tonight without beef. We personally love black beans, so two cans was perfect (although, the beef may have evened it out.) We like more flavor too, so we added more cumin and more cayenne pepper. It is definitely a keeper for my family!

even without the beans, just followed the recipe more or less and it came out great, it was the spices and the vegetable broth that really gave it good flavor.

This was awesome, I did change it a little also. I added chicken broth instead of vegetable and red pepper instead of cayenne pepper. And just one can of black beans. This went along with my meatloaf perfect.

I took the advice of others and only used one can of black beans. Kept everything else the same. I'm making this again and putting it into a taco with some chicken! I'm so excited!

This was AMAZING! I added ground turkey for the kids and the carnivorous husband. I LOVED it without the meat and the kids asked me to make it again tomorrow. My extra picky 9 year old had seconds and was going to have thirds except he was too full. This will be a new go-to meal for us.
