Simple, delicious, and healthy...this is a great recipe that is now a favored addition in my recipe box! I made it tonight as a side dish with grilled chicken kabobs, and it was amazing. I did as other's suggested and used one can of black beans. I added fresh corn from the cob too, which give it a nice fresh sweetness. My husband loved it. This was my first time making quinoa. Thank you!

My first go at Quinoa. Really yummy. I think I will use a bit more garlic next time (I am a garlic-aholic). Thanks for this one. All of my fave foods!

This is an extremely versatile recipe! easily adapted to anyone's tastes! I made it as written with the exception of adding some green pepper as I needed to use the last of it up. VERY healthy and full of protein/fibre! Thanks for the recipe! A definite addition to the rotation!

This is a very easy and healthy dish. I thought it lacked flavor but that is easily remedied. Topped off with avocado, lime juice and a sprinkling of cheese it was enjoyed by all.

We really liked this! It's very easy to make, and you can throw in whatever you want. I added tomatoes, and used chicken broth instead of vegetable broth. This is the first time I've ever had quinoa.

The first time I tried quinoa I really disliked it but I decided to give it another chance and made this dish. It was delicious, even my cousin who "hates" it said it was good. I think the cilantro is the best part because it makes it smell soo good. It's so easy that I know I will be making it again. Oh I also used 1 can of kidney beans and 1 can of black beans because I like kidney beans :)

This was delicious! Specially because the quinoa is such a blend grain that all these ingredients give it a lot of flavour. But please do not use so much cayenne pepper, use about 1/4 to a 1/2 of what the recipe is asking for. This is too spicy. I ruined my first batch.

I loved it! I have been looking for different quinoa recipes that aren't too bland or boring and I found it. (I used chicken broth instead of vegetable)

This was delicious and easy. So healthy, too. I'll admit, I grated some fresh Parmesan cheese on top, before topping it with the cilantro, but that couldn't have added too much fat or calories. Much better than quinoa I have had in restaurants.

This was awesome! I only used one can of black beans since that's all I had but I added extra corn and it was wonderful. This is going to be a favorite.

Delicious! Will double the recipes next time. I did add some pepper and only used 1 can of black beans - 2 would have been too much.

I like quinoa and black beans, but I really dint care for them mixed. My boyfriend who will eat anything didn't really care for it either. If I make it again I might add less quinoa.

LOVE this! i usually make this with couscous, but had some quinoa on hand. i added chicken to bump up the protein and a splash of lime juice. I left out the cilantro since i think it tastes like soap. super dish!

This is great! It was the first time I used Quinoa, and it turned out well. It is very easy to make. I added a can chiles and used it as the base for a vegetarian taco salad. Everyone loved it! I'll definitely use it again.

This recipe was so easy, healthy and needed very little else. I would suggest using only 1 can of beans (two is just way too much) and adding some fresh tomatoes on top. Also, make sure you rinse your quinoa well before cooking it. Next time I make it I think I'll grill a little shrimp with lime and summer squash to go with it.

Absolutely delicous, easy and extremely versatile. Since I discovered a tomato allergy, I have really missed having corn chips and salsa - this makes an excellent salsa substitute. It made a great side dish, and with any added meat, it makes a wonderful meal. Thank you thank you thank you. Oh, I used red Quinoa for the salsa, which made it darker.
