cooked quinoa (at room temperature)
sweet yellow onion, finely chopped
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
garlic, finely chopped
fine sea salt
whole-grain bread crumbs
butter, or as needed
I'm not a fan of quinoa by itself, but these were very good. I think they are comparable to Qrunch burgers, but much much cheaper. They will probably become a regular part of our menu.
Super yummy. I used seasoned bread crumbs.
