My boyfriend has been saying for a month that he really wanted a roast beef dinner with yorkshire pudding. Last night I surprised him with these and he was thrilled. They were so easy to make and turned out great!!

Made these tonight with roast been and gravy. These were excellent. I think one of the better tasting yorkshire pudding I have eaten. Someone said these were heavy...we didn't find these heavy at all. In fact thought they were light and delightful. Will sure make these again next time I make roast. thanks for the recipe!!!

The title says it all! Quick & Easy! So buttery and delicious. The only thing was it did take more then 25 minutes to cook. Maybe it was my oven but it took closer to 40-45 minutes. Kept a close eye on it since it was my first time making it. Thank you for sharing this recipe. Definitely a keeper!

This is the first time I have made these myself, successfully - excellent recipe. I was forced to make one adjustment however, I burnt the butter (my fault) - and having run out used Olive Oil instead, they still came out beautifully - but I imagine they would taste even better done in butter.
