I was amazed at how easy and fast these waffles were to make. They looked beautiful but I was disappointed in the lack of taste. They would be more of a dessert waffle where ice cream or fruit could add the flavor.

I don't know if it was the type of baking mix I used but the waffles were grainy and crumbled when you bit them. The ingredients were easy to combine and they cooked up fast. I'd like to try them again with a different mix, to see if it wasn't my error. I might have cooked them too long.

Great waffles! Quick, easy, and better than box waffles. Kids loved it. Will definetly make again.
