Delicious and so easy to make. I consider myself a beginner when it comes to cooking and always look for quick and easy dinners. This was easy but looked quite fancy!

This is a HUGE hit in my house. My family never liked meatloaf until I made this. This is requested at least 2x a month in my house. My extended family always requests that I make/bring it to parties, etc. (I have made large meatballs using this recipe for appetizers and they were a huge hit)!

This is one of the nicest meatloaf recipes I have tried. Will definitely make this one again. Would be nice with ground chicken or turkey too. Yummy!

I don't often make recipes that require a soup packet for seasoning but today I did and this wasn't bad. I didn't use the ketchup topping, finishing the loaf with 8 cut slices of swiss cheese and I'm glad I did that because a lot of the cheese in the loaf didn't make it despite being very well sealed.

Turned out a little under done inside - had to cook longer.

Thought "rolling" the meatloaf would be scary, but it worked out great... not too "wet" not too "dry" ... just right! and oh so yummy!

I've made this many times and LOVE it! There are a few changes i've made such as using 2 lbs of beef or either less of the onion soup mix to reduce sodium. I suggest using more soy sauce if you find the topping too sweet. Try with other cheeses such as provolone and meats (bacon, turkey). Enjoy!!

This meatloaf was a huge hit! Following some of the suggestions, and lacking swiss cheese, I topped the "meat square" with about 1/3 cup of marinara sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese, then rolled it up. After baking 45 minutes, I spread marinara sauce on top and finished baking. It was great :) I made oven-roasted red skinned potatoes with it, and they came out of the oven at about the same time. Perfect combination for an easy and delicious dinner!

Absolutly loved this receipe i did substitute ham for beacon, that was my only change . So good and great for meatloaf sandwhiches the next day. And for those who wander what makes it sicilian its the ham and cheese inside.
