A great crust that is great rolled. Out thicker for a thick crust, or even used as a calzone. I have also added 2 tbsps of sugar to the dough after adding the flour to be used as a rust for a dessert pizza

Just didn't work for me...consistency and taste was closer to a drop biscuit made with bisquik, not any sort of pizza crust. I imagine using all-purpose rather than bread flour was the reason.

I really love this recipe... but does anyone know to freeze the dough?

This is the best pizza crust! It is so soft and chewy. Next time though I will add about 1/2 c flour more at least and then knead so it's not so sticky trying to roll it out and adding flour at that point.

LOVED this recipe and so did my husband. I've made quite a few homemade pizza crusts and this is by far the best to date. I've written this down in my recipe book and will be using it from now on! I added 1/2 tsp of garlic powder to the flour, delicious!

Very thick yummy crust for 12-inch pizza. We LOVED it! I did omit the cornmeal dusting on the pan out of sheer laziness, and I agree that would have given a bit more flavor, but was very good as is. We loved it!

Exactly as the title says: quick and easy. We LOVE making our own pizzas because we can make it our way. Thanks to the reviewer who recommended drying the cheese before using, it really does work! We don't like sauce in our house so we use fresh heirloom tomatoes (with the seeds strained out) and any other fresh veggies we want. I add 2 rounded teaspoons of minced onion and a teaspoon of minced garlic in the crust, it's lovely. You can also add chopped basil or other spices to make the crust different. Thanks so much Chef Rider for the recipe, it's wonderful and tasty!!

This turned out great. I was able to get 2-12" pizza dough from this recipe. I also kneaded the dough by hand till smooth. Freezes excellent.
