Made this crust recipe for a pizza for dinner tonight. I give it a 5, while the hubby says he gives it a 4. We have never made crust from scratch, but we both worked at Pizza Hut for quite a few years, thereby getting lots of experience with dough in general.
It was a little dense/heavy, but tasted good and was super easy. Hubby also says he thinks it would be better stretched to a 14" pan instead. We used canola oil because I didn't have olive oil, but Idk if that would make a difference or not.
Regardless, keeping the recipe to use again! Thank you!
