I had been using the traditional boxes of pizza crust mix until I found this recipe. My family loves this crust. We love pizza and I could never get the crust exactly the way that I wanted it until now. I use this at least once a week now. My husband asks me all the time, "When are we having pizza again". Thank you so much for sharing!!!

I just tried it and it was so good! I did add garlic powder to the dough while mixing.

Very easy and great results. We will use this often! Edit: Made this again this week, having my parents over for dinner and they raved that it was the best pizza crust they'd ever had! I'm on my way to email the recipe to my mom now. Thanks again for a great recipe!

WOW! Quick and Easy and makes everyone in my house happy - at the same time! I add a little garlic powder and oregano and it's perfect! Roll it thin for a crispy crust or leave it thick for a fluffy crust - it's a great recipe - and so simple! Thanks!

My husband and I wanted pizza but didn't want to shell out all the money from a restuarant. This crust is better than a restuarant. It was so quick...took about 15 minutes to make. It didn't rise alot but that could be my water temp..it tasted so good..not yeasty at all. I added parmesan and oregano to the dough and sprinkled the bottom of the pan with corn meal. I rolled it out on the pizza pan...so no mess.

This recipe makes homemade pizza possible even on a worknight. The dough was not as pliable as other pizza doughs I've made, but with a bit of work I got 2 8 inch crusts from it. It baked up beautifully in the oven and made the slightly chewy crust my family prefers. I may follow other reviewers and add some herbs to the crust next time. Many Thanks.

I have made this 8 times so far. It's really great. I roll it out really thin and poke holes in it with a fork. I like thin crust. I put cornmeal down on my pan underneath crust - tastes great! I have used this for large pizzas and individuals. I get three individual crusts out of one recipe.

This was good and SO EASY! But I must've written it down wrong cause I wrote 1TB (not 1TS) of sugar, but it came out great anyway. I used 1/2 brown and 1/2 white sugar with instant yeast and warm water in a bowl til foamy (about 10 mins) added the salt, evoo and ap flour and kneaded by hand maybe 2 mins. We used 2/3 of the dough for 2 personal hawaiian pizzas, topped raw dough and baked apx 17m. The middle was a little soft, but still quite good. Refrigerated the remaining 1/3 dough in a ziploc overnight (kept just fine) and used for a breakfast pizza, this time pre-baked dough 10m and it was perfect. Topped with hollandaise, lightly sauteed onion, red pepper, mushrooms, then scrambled eggs, canadian bacon and cheddar and baked add'l 15m. Sooo good! One thing though, press or roll it really thin, as thin as you can without making holes, or it'd be too bready once baked cause it did rise up a bit in the oven. And definately pre-bake the crust 10m before topping. I actually think this is better than the more time consuming recipe on this site with like 1000+ good reviews!

This was a very good crust, I think I would use a bit more salt next time, but other than that it made a good pizza.

I'd never made a pizza crust before today and this was SO easy and SO YUMMY! I doubled the recipe and used half unbleached regular white flour & half whole wheat flour & it worked great! The picky eater kid even liked it! I was so excited I took pictures! http://www.flickr.com/photos/wmshc_kiwitayro/sets/72157614359067247/

My picky boyfriend really enjoyed this crust (we also added pizza spice). Made two smaller pizzas, his with just olive oil and sea salt, and mine a NY white pizza. Cooked smaller pizzas for 15 minutes each on a pizza stone and we were happy!
