So thankful I found this recipe. I usually have the fixin's for homemade pizza on hand, but just don't have the time to make the crust. This will make a quick midweek meal so much easier! Thanks for the recipe!

I've tried several different pizza crust recipes, and this one is by far the easiest, AND the yummiest! My 4 1/2 year old daughter helped me make it, and we had the greatest time...I did use the bread flour instead of regular flour, and it really made a difference w/ texture - MUCH better w/ the bread flour!

Wow, this was really easy and so good! I've used pre-made crusts before (like Trader Joe's dough) and have had trouble with them cooking all the way through before the toppings burned. No issue with this one. I let it rise for about 10 minutes while I prepared toppings and grated cheese. It was REALLY easy to spread the dough to the edges of my pizza pan, and it cooked up perfectly chewy/crisp. I used pesto sauce, fresh tomatoes, black olives, and mozzarella cheese. YUMMY!

I made this last night and it rolls REALLY GOOD!!! Sometimes it is hard for me to roll out dough thin enough.. but this worked well. I made stromboli out of this and it made 2 LARGE strombolis!! I will use this from now on!

Pretty good for a basic crust! We split up the dough and made four extra thin pizza crusts.

Thank you! Love this quick and delicious dough. It made enough dough for two thin crust pizzas or one thicker crust. I added a tsp of Italian Seasoning and 1 tsp of oregano to the dough and mixed with a wooden spoon.

Fabulous pizza crust! I honestly wasn't expecting it to turn out as well as it did. I made it using the Chicken Avacado Pizza recipe also on this site and it turned out great. Added some garlic salt and oregano, like a few other people have mentioned. Perfect!

Excellent flavor for such an easy and quick recipe. Made into a large crust for our huge cookie sheet. On the advice of other reviewers: mixed by hand; added 1/2 tsp basil, 1/2 tsp oregano and 1/4 tsp onion powder to the olive oil before mixing into the flour/yeast. Let rest 15-20 minutes. Great flavor and cooked up fine in 20 minutes. Thanks for sharing

I thought this was great as written. One change was I used instand yeast because that is what I have. My only problem is that it wasn't so chewy like dominos. Oh well...it was delicous!

Pretty good for being so quick and easy.. I read through all the changes.. and was discouraged as alot of people "HAD" to change and modify it to make it worth eating... WRONG... it was easy enough for my husband to quickly put it together despite my telling him to read through all the changes.. and you know what.. Keep it the way it is. Turned out great. Thanks!

this is a very good pizza dough.instead of 2 and 1/2 cups of white flour I put 1 and 1/2 cups of white flour and 1 cup of kamut flour. This makes a very tasty crust, but the dough is very soft and a bit hard to handle. But the taste of the crust is worth the trouble.

i didn't give this 5 stars because i took others suggestions and added spices to the crust. i think w/o them it would be kind of bland. i used 1tsp. each of oregano and basil, and 1/2tsp. of garlic powder and parsley. the dough looked alittle biscuit looking and didn't feel as smooth as a dough that takes time to rise, but i have to say i was impressed that it tasted as good as it did, and of course the big bonus is not having to spend alot of time waiting for it to rise. thank you chef rider, i plan on making this alot more

My brother and I essentially live off this. We make it about every second day. It's so easy to make and it turns out beautifully every time. I honestly enjoy the pizza we make at home more than any pizza place's. I only wish there was a whole wheat equivalent!
