If I'd known earlier how easy it was to make, I'd have started making pizza at home for my grandchildren long ago. Tasty crust, easy to make, can't ask for much more.

I usually use Hot Roll Mix for my pizza crust. When I ran out, I searched this site for an easy alternative and I found it! This crust tastes exactly like the hot roll mix. It comes out fairly thick for me (the way my family likes it)because I roll it out in a 10x15 pan.

Is the crust supposed to be thin or thick??I love the taste of the crust and it is very easy to make but by the picture I thought it would be thicker. Mine came out very thin.I thought the dough would rise some in the oven but it didn't.I will make this again but maybe I just rolled out to thin.

It was good, but I think I may have cooked it too long. My oven settings seem to be off quite a bit (an old stove). I made two mexican pizzas; I added fresh cilantro and fresh garlic to one, and the other I added taco spices. My kids loved them and my oldest daughter said that every pizza place should make this exact pizza.

This is just what I was looking for. I'd never made my own crust before trying this recipe, and I was really proud of the result! I added a little onion powder and some basil per other reviewer's suggestions, and it really made a difference.

This pizza was fantastic. It could not have turned out any more perfect. I added 1 tsp of Italian Seasoning and 1/2 tsp of onion powder to the olive oil and kneaded it into the bread. After using a rolling pin and getting it quite thin and circular I brushed on olive oil and garlic powder on the the top but you have to be very careful to not make it soggy. I put a very thin layer on it and it was great. I constructed the pizza (pizza sauce, mushrooms, green peppers, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese)on top of parchment paper and transferred that right onto the preheated pizza stone in the oven. I baked it at 450 degrees for about 16 minutes. The parchment made for easy removal and cleaning. The pizza was devoured by my boyfriend and his two roommates and we all loved it. I will never make my crust any different.

awesome!it was so quick, easy, and tasty. I didnt even need my blender. the biggest challenge for pizza night is timing. with my other recipe planning a couple hours ahead is a must. i used a little wheat flour and it was great. pizza always makes for a great end of the week or in my case end of the month dinner idea. i like to use leftovers as toppings. last night we had baked pepperoni ziti pizza. this recipe definitely makes last minute pizza night so much easier.

This was great! I decided late in the day to make pizza for dinner, and didn't have time to make my usual crust recipe. I tried this one, and was SO happy with the results. It will probably be my new "usual" crust recipe! After I assembled my pizza before putting it in the oven, I spread a little melted butter and italian seasoning on the edge of the crust. Very tasty!

This is the easiest pizza dough!I used to dread making any kind of dough because of the amount of time required to rise and knead, etc. This one is so easy, dough is ready to go into the oven in about 15 minutes! It comes out perfect!

Impressive to say the very least! I followed instructions exactly EXCEPT that I added Italian spices to the pizza dough before mixing in my Kitchen Aid stand mixer. Excellent results, especially for being such a quick recipe. Will use "Jay's Signature Pizza Crust" from this site when I have a bit more time but this one during the week when the pizza bug hits. Thanks so much for sharing this, it is GREATLY appreciated!

This is the first time I've made my own pizza crust. I can't believe how fast and easy this was to make! I will be making this many, many more times. I baked it on the bottom rack of the oven so the crust would be nice and crispy.

I love this recipe! It's so simple that now I make pizza all the time. My secret to making this crust even better: I substitute garbanzo bean flour for 1/2 c of the regular flour. It makes it just a little bit heartier and textured. Thanks!

I was amazed how quickly I had this done. When ready to shape the dough onto the pizza pan, I took flour between forefingers and thumb and quickly shaped the dough to the pan. It worked so well. It's in the oven now, my husband dressed his pizza to his liking, and I to mine.

My family and I LOVE this recipe! My mom thinks it's better than pizzeria crust. The only thing I do differently is to divide it into 3-4 personal pizzas and then grill them. The dough is usually extremely sticky, though, so you have to be sure to use lots of flour when rolling it out. I love how quick this recipe is without sacrificing taste!
