AWESOME, kickin', incredible, life changing pizza crust!!! :-) The reason I say life-changing is because I usually am never able to make pizza crust since I always used the bread machine...by the time I got home, never enough time to load machine and let it rise, etc. With this recipe, I skip all that and can make last-minute homemade pizza. ** I added 1 tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp of garlic powder and @ 1 tsp of pizza seasoning or oregano, used garlic olive oil and let it rise that extra 20 minutes or so.....truly better then my old stand-by that takes forever!!

Makes a wonderful crust. Dough is very, very sticky, however. I added a bit more flour, maybe 2 Tb, and although it was still sticky, it was workable. The stickiness is a big part of why it doesn't need rising like a conventional crust. With less flour in proportion to the yeast, it rises more readily and quickly. Nice soft texture when baked. Adding 2 Tb finely grated Parmesan boosts flavor, as well as adding 1/2 tsp basil and 1/2 tsp oregano. A preheated baking stone is a necessity to ensure a crispy, well-baked crust. Just be sure to sprinkle your peel very liberally with cornmeal or flour to allow for a smooth transfer to the stone. No worries about it sticking once it bakes on the stone. It will release easily when fully baked.

Awesome crust, just needed to be baked a little more than the rest of the pizza. Next time I'm going to bake it for a few minutes before putting toppings on.

This was pretty good. I followed the recipe exactly and it reminded me of Papa Murphy's pizza crust.

Awesome and easy, pretty much a no-fail recipe. Excellent to make stuffed crust with too....just line the edge of the pizza crust (once on pizza tray) with cheese and fold over, sealing in the cheese.

Wow--great pizza crust recipe. I added fresh oregano and basil to the crust with some garlic powder and it was amazing. I'll never waste time waiting for pizza crust to rise again. Thanks!

followed other peoples` instructions and added the following: 1/2 tsp basil, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp onion powder (this goes into olive oil before adding to batter) as well as the garlic powder/olive oil brushed on just before adding toppings. I also let the dough stand about 1/2 hour in the fridge, which was apparently way too long--the bread turned out spongey. But I guess that was my fault! I`ll make it again, but next time I`ll only let it sit for 10-15 min.

Not bad and really easy. I think I like the higher rise crusts better but for a quick dinner this worked well.

Awesome recipe. I used instant yeast, so cut the amount in half. Makes a wonderful crispy crust with a chewy inside. Will make again and again!

This is the first pizza crust I have ever made, I was suprised by how easy it was! I only made a small change, I added about a teaspoon of garlic salt and a half teaspoon of garlic powder to the flour mixture for a more zesty crust! Thank you for sharing the recipe!

Yeast hates me, but this recipe turned out. Delicious! The dough itself tasted a little salty, so next time I'll cut back a bit, but I think that is just me.

Finally a pizza crust that cooperated with me! I went ahead and doubled it to make two crusts. While I was finishing spreading the second in the pizza shell the first was already rising. Both pizza shells were ready for toppings within less than 30min. First time I've made pizza so quickly. I used a jar of pesto for my sauce and then added my veggies, parmesan & cheddar cheese. Delicious!

If I'd known earlier how easy it was to make, I'd have started making pizza at home for my grandchildren long ago. Tasty crust, easy to make, can't ask for much more.

I usually use Hot Roll Mix for my pizza crust. When I ran out, I searched this site for an easy alternative and I found it! This crust tastes exactly like the hot roll mix. It comes out fairly thick for me (the way my family likes it)because I roll it out in a 10x15 pan.

Is the crust supposed to be thin or thick??I love the taste of the crust and it is very easy to make but by the picture I thought it would be thicker. Mine came out very thin.I thought the dough would rise some in the oven but it didn't.I will make this again but maybe I just rolled out to thin.

It was good, but I think I may have cooked it too long. My oven settings seem to be off quite a bit (an old stove). I made two mexican pizzas; I added fresh cilantro and fresh garlic to one, and the other I added taco spices. My kids loved them and my oldest daughter said that every pizza place should make this exact pizza.
