Tasted great but the recipe could easily be halved -- there was so much dough! I will definitely try it again but make 2 pizzas instead of one.

Good. A bit dense, but for the simplicity, well worth it. You can't really beat the ease and the taste is great. Definitely not buying pre-made crust ever again!

This pizza dough/crust is FABULOUS!!! I tried another "easy" dough, but it came out flat and hard. I made it twice, and both times gave the same result. This recipe, however, comes out thick, slightly crisp, and chewy. JUST as good as making the dough using the "normal" process of kneading/rising/beating etc. Using a standard baking sheet/jelly roll pan, it comes out perfectly. I use this, with an easy sauce (tomato paste, tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, etc. - it's on this website) and top it with pepperoni, ground beef and mozzarella. It sounds so simple but it is to DIE FOR. We've been eating it once a week, ever since I found this crust recipe. You MUST try it!

Quick, easy and tasted great! I add fresh garlic, black pepper, oregano and whatever else I feel like to the dough. I always use plenty of flour when I pat it out onto my stoneware (sprinkle some cornmeal on first and it won't stick). I bake the dough for 5-7 minutes prior to topping, and then, once the toppings have been added, finish baking until the cheese is browned. Alternately, I've made this dough into 4 calzones and baked at 350 for 30 minutes. This is such a versatile recipe - I'll never buy a pre-made dough again!

quick, easy and basic. I added oregano, garlic powder and italian seasoning but I'm going to add more next time because it was still a little bland. Very good. Will deffinatly make again :)

This crust was so easy and baked like a crust I would have bought. Not soggy at all, and tasted great. I will use this recipe again.

This came out good, but I did the following to it: 1. I used all purpose flour since I had no bread flour and had to add an additional 1/4 cup of flour because it was too tacky. 2. I added approx. 1 tsp of Italian seasoning. 3. I brushed the dough with olive oil after rolling it out. 4. I baked it for about 7 minutes in the oven and then added the toppings. This is good for a quick and easy bread dough.

The dough came out well, but it was too thick. Our pizza came out really doughy especially in the center underneath the toppings. I think next time I will put the dough in the oven for a few minutes first and then top the pizza.

This was fantastic! Followed the recipe exactly. I did cook the crust for about 6 minutes in the oven before I added the toppings. The crust really rises while cooking so roll out your crust thinner if you like thin crust. I will never order pizza out again. This crust is a snap to make and tastes so fresh!

Super fast and easy but my favorite part is that it didn't go soggy in the center like so many homemade pizza crusts. I doubled it and made one pizza and 4 large calzones. Yummy!

This is an AWESOME crust. I made it for my buffalo wing inspired pizza. The crust was so fast and easy. No additional flavorings needed. I was impressed how it stood up to all my heavy toppings. I was also able to stuff my crust. It rolls out really easy. I will use this over and over.

I pulled up this recipe in an emergency: I had 50 minutes to get a pizza ready from scrath. The recipe was simple, fast, and the dough was easy to work with. It was not the best crust I've ever had, but it was good. We'll be using this recipe again!

I love this recipe! The crust turned out great, the dough was easy to handle and best of all, it was all ready to eat in 30 minutes! Thank you for posting this recipe, this will be my go-to recipe for pizza crust from now on. I had some extra dough left so I made a calzone, turned out great too!

Wow! This was the first time I have ever made pizza at home and it was so easy! The crust was incredibly quick and simple to make, rose up nice and thick, and tasted great. The only change I made was substituting canola for olive oil. Will definitely be making again.
