Very rich and creamy. I put in lots more clams, red potatos, and butter. It was delicious! Leftovers reheat beautifully.

This is a great soup!! You might want to add a few more potatoes and other ingredents to spice it up. The soup was a little oily though but good.

This was the best chowder I have ever had! It was so simple to make, yet tasted like it took hours slaving over a hot stove! My husband loved it, although he said it could be a little more "chunkier". Next time I will add another can on clams, and also some chopped canned potatoes. Thanks for the recipe.

This was good but I would add the clam juice in the beginning and reserve the clams until the last. I might also reduce the liquids for a thicker chowder.

Must admit I was very skeptical since the recipe seemed too easy to be really good-but it was!! I threw in a few extra potatoes and some diced onion and would definitely add an extra can of clams next time.
