What a yummy, fast recipe! I tripled the sauce ingredients, minced two cloves of garlic which I sautéed with the onion and added fresh ginger to the sauce. What a hit with my husband! Even my eleven month old daughter pointed and asked for more after trying it!

Just as the name says it, it was quick and easy. My husband is not much into sauces so I didn't double it as others recommended and it was fine. Also, 25 minutes was way too long, I had to take it off the stove after 20.

Yes, lives up to it's name: Quick and Easy for sure! With ingred. usually on hand, it is a quick, tasty dinner. I think dark meat would be just as good or better with this sauce.

I also doubled the sauce on this recipe and was really glad I did. This is a great and healthy dinner you can whip up anytime. Everyone in my family, including my two kids, loved this. I will definately make this again.

This was great! (And truly quick and easy). I was worried about the amount of sugar in it, but it wasn't too sweet at all. I made two changes: I diced my chicken breasts into large chunks before cooking, and I added only 1/2 the amount of black pepper it called for. We'll definitely make this again and again!

This was great! I did double the sauce and was glad I did because I had enough to flavor the rice. My kids liked it too. I will definitely make this easy and GREAT recipe again. And the house smelled great, too. I never knew a recipe with ketchup could taste so good.

A good recipe. It's really, really fast and unfussy. One bad thing - if you make it as directed you will wind up with something VERY hot due to so much pepper. I will significantly reduce the amount of pepper the next time I make this, probably to 1/4 teaspoon as someone previously suggested.

I doubled the ingredients and added 2 tbsp of chopped garlic. My husband loved it, I thought it could use maybe some pineapple-will try it next time. Other than that, it was great on top of brown rice.
