My husband and I often make a meal of bread and salad. We enjoy the garlic, dill and cheddar flavors in this savory bread. We think it's best served fresh from the oven.

Whether served warm or cold, this moist garlicky loaf from Sue Dodd of Friendsville, Tennessee is a terrific way to round out a meal. 'Leftover slices also make good salad croutons,' she says. 'Just cube them and brown them in a little butter in a skillet.'

This is a very cheesy and very spicy four-alarm-fire bread. Cheddar and jalapenos make a very strong statement here.

Frozen dough and butterscotch pudding mix to get the job done much more quickly. The pudding mix, nuts, cinnamon sugar and butter make a gooey pullapart bread everyone will want to get their hands on.

If you like garlic and spinach, this one's for you! You can use it as an appetizer (sliced) or just cut in half and serve with pasta sauce for dipping. It makes a meal for two!

This started out as muffins but I found that it can be baked as bread too. The lemon juice gives it a nice bite and the whole wheat bread gives it a great nutty flavor.
