I've used this many times now, and everyone loves it in my house (me, husband, 2 small kids). It's super easy to make and tastes oh so good! If it looks too lumpy in the early stages, don't worry, once you add the milk, it smooths right out. Yum!

I have a 6 year old and 12 year old who want to eat at Olive Garden every time we ask where we're going for dinner. They love this recipe and beg for it weekly. I had been using a different recipe that called for heavy cream, but found that the cream was not only more expensive, but left a filmy texture when eating it. We don't notice the separating of the butter as much with this recipe, and I use real butter. Overall for the ease in cooking, the handiness of the ingredients and the taste, it's definitely one of the top 5 in my recipe collection.

Very good and easy. However, I like to use fresh pressed garlic instead of garlic powder. I sautee it with the butter. I added shrimp to the sauce at the end and then stirred in some cooked penne pasta. Yummy.

Excellent & very easy sauce. I chose to use a double boiler instead of direct. I also added about a cup of shredded low fat mozzarella. I cooked whole wheat penne pasta & after draining, tossed that with 2 cups of diced leftover roasted chicken and 1 cup of leftover green peas. The alfredo sauce I poured over the pasta mixture in an oven proof casserole. Baked at 375 for about 20 minutes to just toast the top. My husband says this is an absolute favorite from now on.

I loved this recipe. Definitely one i will be making again. I substituted the ingredients with the reduced versions (reduced fat cream cheese, milk, butter) to cut down on the fat content. It was served with grilled chicken sauted with onions and garlic. The recipe does make quite abit of sauce so i will be freezing the left overs for future meals.

This is fantastic. My husband who normally doesn't like alfredo sauce at all LOVED it. I pretty much followed the recipe, only added a bit of garlic powder for a small hint of garlic. I highly recommend this and I will be making it often, as it's not only delicious but its super quick and easy to make!

I was in search of an alfredo sauce recipe that incorporated cream cheese and I came across this one. I must say, hands down, this is the best alfredo sauce I've ever tasted!! I adjusted the recipe to serve about 15 people and the recipe was definitely quick and easy to follow. I tossed rotini in the sauce and the end result was FANTASTIC!!! Better than I imagined! I received many compliments. This is a wonderful recipe and I highly recommend!!

My daughter's favorite--she requests it often! This recipe is sooo easy--and we all insist that it is better in flavor and consistency than restaurant sauce. Thanks for a "keeper" recipe!

Very tasty. I've made this twice the first time the sauce turned out a little clumpy. The second time, it was perfect and very tasty. So easy I can't help but love it.

Wonderful alfredo sauce! My husband and I absolutely love this recipe. It is so quick and easy and never turns out bad. If we have fresh garlic on hand we swap a clove or two for the garlic powder. I normally will use 1 cup of half-and-half and 1 cup low-fat milk. This is delicious time and time again!

I made this tonight for the first time just like the recipe stated and my family loved it! My daughter said it tasted like Olive Garden’s. Next time I do want to try it with half whipping cream just to see the difference.

We make this all the time, its the only way I make Alfredo now. I have followed the recipe 100% and sometimes I like to deviate a bit and toss in some basil or other spices to be different. Hands down though, this recipes is fantastic!
