This was very good. I doubled the recipe, used one no fat cream cheese and one low fat cream cheese. It is a very rich sauce.

This is AWESOME alfredo sauce! I made it for a family gathering and everyone loved it. The only addition I made was adding a dash of nutmeg. Try this. You'll love it!

This is wonderful and super easy. I double the cream cheese but that was the only change. A keeper for sure.

I was out of Alfredo sauce, but did a quick Google search and this recipe came up. I'm always looking for things I can make with ingredients found in the fridge. Fortunately I had all the ingredients and in a couple of minutes had the perfect sauce. My 5 yo loved it!

I just finished making this literally 2 minutes ago for my hubby's father's day lunch. It is delectable and so incredibly easy! I haven't even finished making my pasta yet and we probably could drink this as the meal! I actually used lower fat ingredients and it still tastes wonderful. I will definitely be making this over and over again!

Love it! I have added roasted red peppers, clams, shrimp at different times to change it a little and they all come out great! I also use skim milk and low fat cream cheese.

My husband found this recipe. He makes it according to the directions. Always a double batch, never any leftovers for a family of 6. My friend swears she'd drink it if we'd let her.

This really was not appetizing. I was surprised that my husband and I felt so strongly about it despite the awesome reviews it received. I rarely ever disagree with the ratings on recipes. This, however, did taste like the alfredo sauce you would find at an italian fast food restaurant, or maybe even in a jar somewhere. It doesn't taste authentic. I was disappointed :(

I LOVED this sauce! It tasted great, and totally fooled my foodie date. I put it in a lasagna so I wasn't too worried about the consistency. The cream cheese didn't really break down and melt all the way though. If I had been making it for a fettuccine or something, I just would have run the immersion blender it is for a bit, and it would have been perfect! It does not taste jarred at all, unlike what some other reviewers had to say. Jarred sauce is disgusting. Make sure you use regular cream cheese, and not low fat.

I would ABSOLUTELY give this ecipe four stars if i could as well, with a few changes (which others mentioned). Namely, fresh minced garlic in place of the powder, less milk. And be patient! The sauce is amazing when it thickens up. I have also frozen the leftovers several times, and they are still great. LOVE IT!

This was DE-LISH! I read reviews before hand and I too used half milk, half cream and half parmesan, half romano cheese. I did not find the cream cheese over powering at all. The texture is great and it reheats wonderfully! This is definitely a keeper in our house!!

Truth be told, I am an awful cook. I can mess up even the simplest recipes...but not this one! So easy, ingredients are cheap and are generally on hand, and very tasty. I had it with basil pesto-filled pasta - a great combo!

This sauce is awesome. I don't really measure with most sauces, just look at the general amounts needed then go from there. I served it with portabello raviolis and it was amazing.
