Here's a recipe that I have made several times for our family. Set your broiler and watch the shrimp closely. The shrimp is done when it turns pink. Do not overcook! Serve with baked potato and salad.

This recipe is one of my favorites, because the taste of the shrimp doesn't get lost in the sauce. The sauce has just a hint of a kick, and really enhances the shrimp. Just wonderful...enjoy!!

Use your microwave to make a butter and garlic sauce to coat tender strands of vermicelli and cooked shrimp. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and you have a quick and delicious main dish or appetizer.
