OMG This is Great. Easy to make. And very versatile. This is going into my menu plan, not just my menu file. Real men have no problem eating quiche, and asking for more!

I love quiche and this recipe is quick with great taste. I used biscuit mix in place of flour. That is the best thing about this recipe - it's basic adapt as you like. Husband thought it was great. When the cook gets cudos the cook is happy!

I made this for a friend, she loved it so much she wanted the recipe!! I followed the basic recipe, but made a spinach and tomato quiche and a ham and cheese quiche! Both were amazing! Great recipe.

Fabulous...easy...loved by all. Followed recipe except sauteed the onions with ham and mushrooms to be the bottom layer with the cheese and it came out perfect.

Supplemented green pepper for onion and added Parmesan. We were completely stuffed from the first piece, but kept going back for more. Super simple to make.

Great, easy recipe! I used cheddar since I didn't have swiss and added spinach. I layered the bacon and cheese before I poured the mixture in and the bacon and cheese moved to the edges. Next time I'm going to mix everything, then pour in the pan. Definitely going to make again!
